Can you supply hot-zone parts for any puller model?
Yes, against the puller model, crucible size (for example 28, 32 or 36 inch) and your drawing or a sample. Parts are matched to the furnace, not sold as generic stock.
Do you supply complete hot-zone sets or single parts?
Both: full hot-zone sets for a new or rebuilt puller, and single replacement parts such as heaters, felt or heat shields.
How do I get a price?
Add the parts to a request on the JRST Buyer Portal or email us the drawing. Quotes are issued in rupees, valid for 3 days.
