JRST Academy is a planned industry-learning initiative to connect students, technicians, engineers, and manufacturers with practical knowledge across the silicon value chain — shaped by the team that delivered and runs Maharashtra's first silicon-ingot pilot and Pondicherry's first high-purity quartz-sand plant.
