Through O&M, the plant and the capital stay yours — we don't take your balance sheet or put you into debt. We come in as a working partner: our technology, team and operating know-how on the floor, with our interest tied to the line running well. How we engage — an operating fee, or a working-partner equity stake taken on an agreed valuation — is structured to fit the project. Our commitment is backed by our record: we commissioned Maharashtra's first ingot–wafer line and Pondicherry's first high-purity quartz-sand plant with our own team.
Scope, manpower, spares responsibility, response times and the commercial model — an operating fee or an agreed working-partner stake — are set out in the O&M agreement. Spares and consumables are supplied and managed through our sourcing & supply network, so re-supply never stalls the line.
